General Information

- Prices ARE negotiable, but only by a slight margin. No less than 10% of the quoted price.

- Progress will be provided as I see fit, although the customer can request an update at any time, so long as it is not excessive.

- Please do not repost the unwatermarked version of the artwork unless I am explicitly tagged/mentioned in the description.

- Please do not repost my art on any monetized platforms UNLESS EXPLICIT PERMISSION IS GIVEN. I'll most likely say yes, please ask first.

- Major edits after the sketch stage may require an additional fee to be added.

- I WILL NOT WORK WITH CRYPTOCURRENCY IN ANY WAY, SHAPE, OR FORM.
 

Client Rights:

- The client may request to be kept anonymous, to delay posting until a certain date, or to keep the commission private.

- The artwork can be manufactured into physical items (prints, keychains, etc) for personal use only. 

- If the client commissions me with the intention to sell the design on merchandise, they must let me know ahead of time and have my explicit permission to do so. We will likely negotiate a contract to share the profit made.

- The client is allowed to re-post the art with proper credit given, either by showing the watermark or providing a link back to one of my social profiles in the description.

Artist Rights

- I reserve the right to refuse a client/commission.

- I have the right to use the artwork as examples in portfolios if the client does not request the commission to be private.

- If the artwork is used for monetary purposes without my knowledge and permission, I have the right to request it be taken down.

- If certain details are not specified by the customer (ex. Background pattern) I will assume artistic freedom.

- I reserve the right to request reposted art to be taken down if uncredited.

I WILL draw:

- Character designs, etc.

- Simple machinery/armor designs

- Simple architectural backgrounds

- Natural scenery

-Cartoons/comics

I will NOT draw:

- Derogatory or hateful themes

- Heavy violence/gore, although minor amounts are acceptable

- Sexual/fetish content of any kind

- Detailed architectural backgrounds

- Heavily detailed machinery

- Hyper-realism

- Political topics

Payment

- Payment is sent via Ko-fi, Venmo, or Cashapp. I have a Paypal but prefer not to use it because I was hacked once, and do not trust the site as a result.

- Payment is sent AFTER the initial sketch is approved.

- Please do not send payment before I request it.

- Commission progress will continue once the payment goes through.

Refunds

- Refunds will be given depending on the progress of the commission.

- Cancellation during the sketch cleanup/early inking stage will have a full refund. Any stages beyond that will be given only partial refunds.

- Refunds will not be provided once the commission is complete, or close to complete.

Character Adopts

- After purchase, the commissioner reserves all rights to the character.

- Reposting the original design done by me must be credited, as it is still my art.

- I do not have to be credited with art of the character that does not belong to me, although the customer is more than welcome to tag me on any social media, as I am curious to see what they do with the design.

Copyright Issues

- If copyright issues arise after the commission is completed, it is the commissioner's responsibility to resolve said issue.

- I will assume that the commissioner either owns the character or has permission to use the character.
